★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ci sono andata nel pomeriggio di oggi per cambiare un regalo che mi è stato fatto a Natale. Si sono rifiutati dicendo che hanno deciso di fare in questo modo a causa del covid. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni in merito e chiedendo quale fosse il nesso fra il covid ed il rifiuto nel cambio mi hanno solo saputo rispondere che la loro politica è questa e che chi mi ha fatto il regalo erq stato avvisato. So perfettamente che non sono obbligati al cambio, ma parliamo di prodotti non di poco costo e di sicuro in questo modo non si faranno una buona pubblicità.
Bad experience. I went there this afternoon to exchange a gift that was given to me at Christmas. They refused saying they decided to do it this way because of the covid. To my request for explanations on the matter and asking what was the connection between the covid and the refusal in the exchange, they only knew how to answer that their policy is this and that whoever gave me the gift was informed. I know perfectly well that they are not obliged to change, but we are talking about products that are not cheap and certainly in this way they will not get good publicity.
