★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più. Le bevande sono arrivate quando avevamo già mangiato metà pizZa e nonostante avessimo chiesto più volte da bere. Idem i tavoli accanto al nostro. Un ora per la pizza e un ora e mezza per le bevande. Pizza preconfezionata! Mai più.
 Never again. The drinks arrived when we had already eaten half of the pizZa and despite asking for a drink several times. Ditto the tables next to ours. An hour for pizza and an hour and a half for drinks. Pre-packaged pizza! Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza e la puccia non sono le vere e buone pizze / puccie tipiche della tradizione Salentina e personalmente avevo l'impasto crudo dentro e strinato fuori. Servizio molto lento nonostante il locale fosse mezzo vuoto e son riusciti con 5 tavoli a dimenticare le comande. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo perché la qualità é molto bassa. L'unica cosa buona è stata il rustico, almeno quello!
The pizza and the puccia are not the real and good pizzas / puccie typical of the Salento tradition and personally I had the raw dough inside and squeezed out. Very slow service despite the place being half empty and with 5 tables they managed to forget the orders. Bad quality / price ratio because the quality is very low. The only good thing was the rustic, at least that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como já era um horário já avançado da tarde, não havia mais restaurantes servindo almoço em Lecce. Daí surgiu a opção do Apollo e com alguns aperitivos, me tirou do estado desesperador de fome. Tudo, apesar de não está "fresco", estava bom.
O senhor, que parecia ser o proprietário era muito simpático e solícito, já que ninguém lá falava inglês. Somente ele, que quando soube que sou brasileiro, veio me contar a sua boa experiência aqui no Brasil. Os preços são bem em conta.
Não experimentei as pizzas.
As it was already late afternoon, there were no more restaurants serving lunch in Lecce. Then the Apollo option came up and with some appetizers, it took me out of the desperate state of hunger. Everything, although not "fresh", was fine.
The gentleman, who seemed to be the owner, was very friendly and helpful, since no one there spoke English. Only he, who when he learned that I am Brazilian, came to tell me about his good experience here in Brazil. Prices are well taken into account.
I haven't tried the pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so experience, buffala caprese salas tasty but pizzas and bruschetas average. Recommend only if you are stuck for food, which happened to us during siesta time on a rainy day in lecce. Probably this place foro s better for a quick drink rather than food.
