K	Katia primieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato 4 stelle solo perché mi piacciono in generale le scarpe ma io parlo di queen helena in generale Perché stando a Roma cmq ho svariati punti vendita. Ma riferendomi a quello di Valmontone outlet devo dare appena 2stelle perché essendoci stata ieri di sabato pomeriggio, premetto che non era neanche pieno il negozio, ho comprato le scarpe, la sera a casa ho aperto la scatola e c'erano due numeri diversi, quindi la mattina dopo sono tornata da Roma a cambiarle. Dico questo perché ci può stare un errore però dovrebbero stare più attenti verso il cliente prima cosa seguirlo nell'acquisto cosa che lì non succede poi a maggior ragione in cassa aprire la scatola e fare il controllo dei numeri perché questo è il loro lavoro. Oltretutto non mi è piaciuto il comportamento da parte di chi ho trovato quando sono tornata a cambiarle perché oltre a dire può succedere e arrivederci in qualche modo poteva provvedere all'errore grave secondo me, perché dopo che ho sottolineato ritorno da Roma, c'è stata solo un alzata di spalle e arrivederci. Non si fa così magari io personalmente avevo provveduto anche con una stupidaggine ma offrendo un piccolo e insignificante oggetto dal momento che lì ne hanno molti, dico questo perché in questo modo ti puoi tenere il cliente. Perché io che vado periodicamente a Valmontone outlet non comprerò niente lì, a Roma in altri punti vendita può darsi perché ripeto mi piacciono le scarpe. Scarpe di vernice indossate una volta si sono subito rovinate, il proprietario ha affermato che sicuramente le ho usurate indossandole e non lo metto in dubbio (anche se sinceramente non reputo di aver fatto movimenti tali da giustificare dei graffi così evidenti), ma un paio di scarpe con un prezzo "retail" (vero prezzo controllato sul sito web ufficiale) di oltre €50 non si possono rovinare così tanto dopo un solo utilizzo, tra l'altro indossate per un'oretta senza aver fatto movimenti bruschi che possano giustificarne l'usura. C	Clara S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno Vi intendo manifestare il mio totale disappunto per il pessimo servizio nel punto vendite dell'outlet di Valmontone (RM) Nella giornata di ieri, 22 aprile, intorno alle 18.30 acquisto un paio di decolleté,tornando a casa che dista circa 40km dall'outlet ,mi accorgo che nella confezione il commesso aveva messo due scarpe destre di due modelli diversi, provo subito a chiamare il vostro punto vendita ma ormai era chiuso...premetto che le scarpe mi servivano per una cerimonia nella giornata di sabato 23 aprile. Nella mattinata odierna rifaccio i 40 km , pago un casello di € 2.10 per risolvere il problema, il vostro collaboratore con fare arrogante e maleducato senza nemmeno chiedere un minimo di scuse per il fatto, con sufficienza cerca le scarpe "gemelle" pensando addirittura che fossi stata io ad "accoppiare" male le scarpe. Il fatto mi ha infastidito parecchio, sia la poca attenzione del vostro primo collaboratore che l'atteggiamento mediocre del secondo, vi consiglio quindi di aver più cura nella selezione e ricerca del vostro personale che sicuramente non danno una bella immagine della vostra azienda.
