P	Piergiorgio Rognoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo negozio da svariato tempo e in altri casi avrei dato 5 stelle a occhi chiusi, ma oggi per farmi vedere un capo che era su uno scaffale in alto mi hanno fatto attendere più di 10 minuti e calcolate che nel negozio c'era solo un'altra coppia che faceva acquisti. Forse erano stanchi in vista del Black Friday??? Non so, ma il loro atteggiamento e comportamento non mi è proprio piaciuto, peccato perché nel negozio ci sono belle cose ad un prezzo onestissimo. I go to this store for a long time and in other cases I would have given 5 stars with my eyes closed, but today to show me a garment that was on a shelf at the top they made me wait more than 10 minutes and calculated that in the shop there was only one another couple making purchases. Maybe they were tired in view of Black Friday ??? I don't know, but I really didn't like their attitude and behavior, too bad because in the shop there are nice things at an honest price.

Non credo, viste le varie recensioni che segnalano lo stesso comportamento del personale e visto che mia madre il giorno dopo è tornata e mi ha dato lo stesso feedback. Il commercio ê un settore particolare che presuppone la capacità di operare con il pubblico e come tutti i lavori non è obbligatorio. La serietà di un'azienda, devo sottolineare, si riconosce anche dalla capacita di selezionare il personale o di redarguirlo quando necessario. A differenza di tante altre recensioni segnalo la gentilezza delle commesse, gentili e simpatiche. Un pó ingarbugliato riuscire a capire il reale costo dei prodotti ma grazie all'aiuto di una gentilissima commessa la "problematica" è svanita subito. Consigliato e suggerito se si vogliono acquistare buoni prodotti di abbigliameno ( camicie, jeans, magliette, felpe ecc ecc ) a prezzi veramente accessibili ! Excellent value for money for this clothing store, unknown to me until now. Unlike many other reviews, I point out the kindness of the shop assistants, kind and nice. A little confused to be able to understand the real cost of the products but thanks to the help of a very kind saleswoman, the "problem" vanished immediately. Prezzi decisamente alla portata con capi che non hanno nulla da invidiare a marche blasonate che ormai hanno stravolto il rapporto qualità/prezzo a sfavore della qualità. I always go to this shop when I go to the Valmontone outlet and I always go out after making good purchases. Ho acquistato un capo, poi, ho richiesto assistenza in un altro punto vendita visto che Valmontone era lontano da raggiungere nuovamente per me che abito a Roma. Purtroppo, nel punto vendita dove mi sono recata, ho trovato un responsabile che non ha saputo e voluto aiutarmi e che non conosce minimamente cosa sia l'attenzione al cliente nè le regole basilari dell'educazione. Ho chiamato il punto vendita di Valmontone per vedere se potevano aiutarmi almeno loro ed ho trovato nella responsabile di negozio, la sig. a Asia, un aiuto e quella professionalità nel gestire la situazione e l'attenzione verso il cliente che mi faranno tornare a cotton & silk, ma solo nel punto vendita di Valmontone perchè, se è vero che le catene hanno gli stessi articoli, è vero anche che lo shopping deve essere un'esperienza di svago che può essere resa piacevole solo dal personale che vi lavora e questo aspetto fondamentale l'ho trovato solo al negozio di Valmontone I want to tell my absolutely positive experience in this store.
