I bought 3 pairs of shoes for a total of 75 €. And you can't find these prices in any outlet anymore! Also helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

Today's last customer, annoyed and rude cashier ..... never again

Reading the online promotions (referring to the puma point of Valmontone) I went last Sunday the 1/08/2021 Asking for info. In this regard, the staff denied, before they told me "these are promotions from 4 months ago .." When I specified by saying that the promotion is clear 31/07/2021 Until 14/08/2021 The gentleman always replied denying and saying "it's another puma point" I have attached 2 photos with the dates that speak for themselves! I conclude by saying 2 words YOU ARE A Fool

We went to this shop at 7.30pm, but they did not let us in, pointing out that at 8pm they would close and there were too many people inside. Ok! But while we were in the shop opposite we notice that a family was being let in. When we went to point this out, we were told that they had things in the checkout, which was not true as the parents were looking at the black pants on display as they entered to the right and the son at the shoes at the back of the store. Magically we could enter too! Oh obviously, when we got closer, the clerk reiterated that at 8 pm they closed and we could not enter.

Unfortunately my experience in this store was not the best. I go to them for a change of two packs of boxer shorts given to me of the wrong size and immediately I am denied as the puma policy is not to make the change. Having said that this choice may be understandable by virtue of unpolite customers, I point out that the packages are uncut and that one of these had a clean cut of a cutter on the cardboard that caused a small cut on one of the boxers. I state, although I can understand the refusal to change the underwear, not really well described except on an A4 mat on the small written cash desk, the one for the defect by law must always be accepted because the legal guarantee is triggered ... and I'm sorry to say it but it is useless to justify saying that you could not put it up for sale like this but at the same time you believed that it could not have been me ... it was evidently a cutter and probably some of your employees opening the package will have made the cut inadvertently, it can happen, when you work happen to make mistakes, but justify yourself at all costs and lose 15 minutes discussing ... well don't make a good impression! For heaven's sake I appreciate the gesture of the manager who has his hands tied in terms of policy but a solution must be found for a customer who is clearly in the right and correct. I also put the photo of the immaculate package for which I was refused the change, which the manager can also decide not to change (it is the law), in my opinion without common sense, thus losing customer and credibility. In the meantime, I contacted puma customer service by sending photos and explaining what happened, which he should solve shortly with a gift card worth the purchase; a bit like the dog that bites its tail ... if you protest even in the right, maybe you get the right , otherwise you are part of that mass that is silent and accepts without saying anything.
