Excellent quality and convenience ratio, I have known them for a long time, and they prefer zero-mile meat. Their production of sausages, zampone, cotechini, salami, of their production is fabulous. All this combined with their courtesy, make this butcher a point of reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato diverse volte in questa macelleria e non ho niente da dire sulla qualità della carne ma siccome non sono un cliente abituale, ogni volta che vengo servito dal titolare (Omero) cerca sempre di rifilarmi quello che vuole lui, scavalcando le mie richieste. L'ultima volta che ho chiesto se aveva delle costine come come quelle che ha dato al cliente prima di me, mi ha risposto che sono tutte uguali e a tutti i costi voleva vendermi quelle che aveva al banco, grasse, grosse e piene di nervi. Peccato...sarebbe una bella macelleria se non fosse per il modo di fare scortese del titolare.
I have been several times in this butcher shop and I have nothing to say about the quality of the meat but since I am not a regular customer, every time I am served by the owner (Homer) he always tries to give me what he wants, bypassing my requests. The last time I asked if he had ribs like the ones he gave to the customer before me, he replied that they are all the same and at all costs he wanted to sell me the ones he had at the counter, fat, big and full of nerves. Too bad ... it would be a nice butcher shop if it weren't for the owner's rude manner.
