A livello di prodotti e varietà non si può dure nulla in contrario, purtroppo al momento del pagamento se per caso ti sei munito di scanner personale per evitare coda alla cassa...bene arriva il bello.
Quasi ogni volta mi viene richiesto di fare rilettura dei prodotti acquistati...apriti cielo, essendo che faccio la spesa mettendo i vari prodotti divisi e in un certo ordine ( non faccio il pignolo ma ordinato per mie esigenze ) allorché devo togliere il tutto dalle borse posare in una cassa angusta dove nin vi è spazio per girarsi e fare il mio dovuto..cioè rilettura e pagamento.
Posso capire se ci sono state discrepanze sulle precedenti rilettura...allora si passo per un truffaldino...ma visto che invece é tutto ok !!!! Non capisco del perché.
Ho fatto presente il tutto al direttore...ha preso visione....e attendo info.
Ahhhh dimenticavo
Nella rilettura per il fastidio dovrebbero caricarti punti in regalo....
Invece !!!
Se passi da altra cassa questo non accade.

At the level of products and varieties, nothing to the contrary can be hardened, unfortunately at the time of payment if by chance you have equipped yourself with a personal scanner to avoid queuing at the cash desk ... well, the best part comes.
Almost every time I am asked to re-read the purchased products ... open up heaven, being that I do the shopping putting the various products divided and in a certain order (I am not fussy but ordered for my needs) when I have to remove everything from bags placed in a cramped box where there is no room to turn around and do my due .. that is, rereading and payment.
I can understand if there have been any discrepancies on the previous rereading ... then I pass for a scam ... but since everything is ok !!!! I don't understand why.
I reported everything to the director ... he has read it .... and I await info.
Ahhhh I forgot
In rereading for the annoyance they should charge you points as a gift ....
Instead !!!
If you go to another cashier this does not happen.
As happened 20 minutes ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ben accessoriato e disposto in modo semplice e ordinato..solo, le cassiere, magari..
trovatele più cordiali.. capisco la pesantezza del lavoro, ma un sorriso non dispiace al cliente. Soprattutto quando gentilmente ho chiesto un paio di sacchetti e con estrema seccatura mi è stato detto di prenderli da sola davanti alla cassa... è stato il modo. Mi sono sentita mandata a quel paese! Vabbé.
Well equipped and arranged in a simple and tidy way..only, the cashiers, maybe ..
find them more cordial .. I understand the heaviness of the work, but a smile does not displease the customer. Especially when I politely asked for a couple of bags and with extreme annoyance was told to pick them up by myself in front of the cashier ... it was the way. I felt sent to that country! Alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre ottimo, anche dopo sei mesi dall'apertura è diventato "il mio supermercato". Personale giovane, cordiale, sempre disponibile ed educato, sia in gastronomia, che in pescheria, in ortofrutta e in macelleria disponibili, alle richieste, nei limiti del possibile, anche se non esiste il "banco fresco". Molto attiva e attenta anche la Direzione all'ascolto e alle necessità del cliente. Certo non facile data l'alta concorrenza che si è sviluppata in questi anni. Devo dire che per me è un piacere fare la spesa in questo ambiente.

Always excellent, even after six months of opening it has become "my supermarket". Young, friendly staff, always available and polite, both in gastronomy, in fishmongers, in fruit and vegetables and in butcher's, available to requests, as far as possible, even if there is no "fresh counter". The Management is also very active and attentive to listening and to the needs of the customer. Certainly not easy given the high competition that has developed over the years. I must say that for me it is a pleasure to shop in this environment.

Prezzi ottimi ,pulito, funzionale.
Ma stasera il mio ragazzo ha avuto un inconveniente mica da ridere a parere mio, si trovava lì un ora prima della chiusura a prendere 4 cose , dopo qualche minuto annunciano che non si poteva pagare con carta per un guasto...lui privo di contante ha posato tutto , andato di corsa a prelevare ed è tornato li! Mancava mezzo ora alla chiusura.
Due minuti prima dell' orario di chiusura , lui chiede gentilmente se può prendere l ultimissima cosa, pagare e andare a casa. Non ha ricevuto nessun riscontro dal personale , hanno chiuso le casse e HA DOVUTO POSARE NUOVAMENTE LA SPESA tornando a casa con niente...solo perso tempo!
Per due minuti in più io credo che si possa aspettare un cliente! Soprattutto dopo che è andato e tornato a causa di un LORO GUASTO.

Great prices, clean, functional.
But tonight my boyfriend had an inconvenience not to laugh at in my opinion, he was there an hour before closing to take 4 things, after a few minutes they announce that you could not pay by card for a breakdown ... he without cash he put everything down, ran to pick up and went back there! It was half an hour to close.
Two minutes before closing time, he politely asks if he can take the very last thing, pay and go home. He did not receive any feedback from the staff, they closed the tills and HAD TO PUT THE SHOPPING AGAIN returning home with nothing ... just wasted time!
For two more minutes I think we can expect a customer! Especially after it has come and gone due to THEIR FAILURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercato molto bello, sempre pulito, ben fornito e personale molto cortese.
Se non fosse per il fatto che ci sono stata in questi giorni, compreso oggi, mi sono ritrovata a vedere cassiere che si devono subire tantissimo freddo davanti alle porte automatiche per colpa dell'abbigliamento inadeguato, secondo me troppo leggero per le temperature che ci sono adesso, trovo davvero assurdo che debbano stare con una gonnellina e una felpina leggera con 0 gradi fuori, lo trovo IRRISPETTOSO, questo vuol dire non avere a cuore la salute per chi lavora con voi ed é inaccettabile.
Very nice supermarket, always clean, well stocked and very friendly staff.
If it were not for the fact that I have been there these days, including today, I found myself seeing cashiers who have to suffer a lot of cold in front of automatic doors because of the inappropriate clothing, in my opinion too light for the temperatures that are there. now, I find it really absurd that they have to stay with a little skirt and a light sweatshirt with 0 degrees outside, I find it DISRESPECTIVE, this means not caring about the health of those who work with you and it is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio pulito ed ordinato ma da qualche mese non mi trovo bene con la panetteria spesso trovo baguette non cotte (bianche) e poi non è possibile che il sabato sera non ce ne sia neanche una e si deve aspettare che le sfornino.. Peschiera da migliorare la qualità ma per il resto nel negozio, cassiere molto gentili
Nice clean and tidy shop but for a few months I have not been comfortable with the bakery I often find uncooked baguettes (white) and then it is not possible that on Saturday evening there is not even one and you have to wait for them to bake .. Peschiera da improve the quality but otherwise in the shop, very kind cashier

Presente la rosticceria, il banco del pesce, pane e dolci e torte surgelati. Ampio parcheggio con posti rosa. Prezzi nella media.

You can find everything: gluten-free products, lactose-free ones, vegetarian ones etc. Also present is the offer dedicated to catering with much more consistent cuts. Present the rotisserie, the fish counter, frozen bread and sweets and cakes. Large car park with pink seats. Average prices.
