Del prodotto che dire...eccellente ,ho trovato carne a km0 e costate di Fassona e ottimi consigli su come prepararla ....e ammetto non ho resistito, mi sono portato a casa degli ottimi hamburger preparati con ingredienti di stagione
I have been to this beautiful butcher furnished with great taste while being in a village of few souls, the owner is an easygoing and very prepared person.
What can I say ... excellent, I found meat at km0 and ribs from Fassona and excellent advice on how to prepare it .... and I admit I couldn't resist it, I brought home some excellent hamburgers prepared with seasonal ingredients

Very good meat, always fresh. We have tried several things since going there and have always liked everything. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. Really recommended!
