The worst pizza of my life, no salt, unleavened and hard. Poor used ingredients, the ham is reduced to a pulp. I don't recommend it.

La qualità degli impasti è semplicemente superiore rispetto a qualunque altro ristorante abbia mai provato. Pizze eccezionali e straordinariamente leggere con ingrediente di altissima qualità. Anche l'assortimento di birre artigianali merita una nota di merito: accostamenti molto apprezzati tra il cibo ed il bere. La location è inoltre nuovissima e molto ordinata con personale efficiente e molto reattivo. Consigliato a chiunque sia per uno spuntino che per un'ottima cena genuina. We have often been to the Lieviteria to take not only pizzas by the slice, but also biscuits and focaccia. The quality of the dough is simply superior to any other restaurant I have ever tried. Exceptional and extraordinarily light pizzas with the highest quality ingredients. Also the assortment of craft beers deserves a note of merit: very popular combinations between food and drink. The location is also brand new and very tidy with efficient and very responsive staff. Recommended to anyone both for a snack and for an excellent genuine dinner.

L'impasto è leggero e digeribile, croccante fuori e morbido dentro...ad ogni morso, l'unico pensiero è: "..ancora un altro morso!" Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità e le pizze sono farcite perfettamente (non troppo da risultare pesanti, non troppo poco da risultare scarse). Che dire ancora? The dough is light and digestible, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside ... with each bite, the only thought is: ".. one more bite!" The ingredients are of excellent quality and the pizzas are perfectly stuffed (not too much to be heavy, not too little to be scarce). What more can we say? Lieviteria has won two new customers! Excellent pizza alla pala, crunchy, soft, highly digestible, made by skilled hands and with excellent ingredients. It is also excellent reheated the day after!

Interessante il fatto che ti puoi portare via la tua pizza fredda già farcita che richiede una breve cottura in forno a casa, per poterla consumare quando si vuole. Utile se si hanno ospiti per un aperitivo. Personale molto gentile a spiegare il loro prodotto e proposta. Not the typical takeaway pizzeria, as they work a product closer to the Roman pinsa. Very good product. Interesting is the fact that you can take away your already stuffed cold pizza which requires a short cooking in the oven at home, to be able to consume it whenever you want. Useful if you have guests for an aperitif. Staff very kind to explain their product and proposal.

Long leavening pizza in shovel, excellent ingredients and seasonal proposals. Recommended for those who want to eat pizza, but not the usual pizza.
