★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi ho contattato di persona per sapere se potevate procurarmi un vetro temperato piatto e lineare per una cabina di un trattore, la guarnizione nuova l’avrei fornita io.
Vi ho agevolato fornendovi la sagoma tracciata su un foglio di carta del foro per ricavare le misure del vetro assieme ad un pezzo della guarnizione nuova.
Mi avete telefonato qualche giorno dopo facendomi sapere che avevate il vetro nuovo in carrozzeria e fornendomi anche il prezzo finito comprensivo del vetro e montaggio.
Ho preso accordi per portarvi il trattore così da lasciarvelo i due giorni necessari per fare il lavoro. mi avete telefonato il quarto giorno avvisandomi che il trattore era pronto ma c’era un problema sul prezzo...
Sono stati fatti due viaggi aggiuntivi in vetreria per cui dovevo aggiungere altri ...€ al prezzo datomi in precedenza . ( il prezzo è quasi raddoppiato )
Vi faccio notare che non ritengo giusto mi venga addebitato il surplus del costo in quanto non mia responsabilità ma è come parlare contro un muro.
Non d’accordo chiedo di forfettizzare l’importo ma mi rispondete “ non è possibile! “
Non insisto... pago il dovuto dicendovi solo che la pubblicità la fa il

Nel mio caso c’è stata ben poca professionalità Carrozzeria PUPULIN .
I contacted you in person to find out if you could get me a flat and linear tempered glass for a tractor cab, I would have supplied the new gasket.
I have helped you by providing you with the outline drawn on a sheet of paper of the hole to obtain the measurements of the glass together with a piece of the new gasket.
You phoned me a few days later letting me know that you had the new glass in the body shop and also providing me with the finished price including the glass and assembly.
I have made arrangements to bring you the tractor so that you have the two days it takes to do the job. you called me on the fourth day and told me that the tractor was ready but there was a problem with the price ...
Two additional trips were made to the glassworks so I had to add more ... € to the price given to me earlier. (the price has almost doubled)
I would like to point out that I do not think it right to be charged the surplus cost as it is not my responsibility but it is like speaking against a wall.
I don't agree, I ask for a flat-rate amount but you answer "it's not possible! "
I do not insist ... I pay my due by telling you only that the advertising is done on
Customer be it positive or negative.
In my case there was very little PUPULIN Bodywork professionalism.
