Hanno dimostrato oltre alla evidente professionalità anche una passione nel proprio lavoro raramente riscontrabile. Consigliatissima! l	luculliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato presso la carrozzeria Bianchi per la sostituzione del gruppo idraulico di azionamento capote della mia BMW Z4 serie E85. Arrivando da Lugano ho preso appuntamento per il sabato mattina alle ore 08:00. Appena arrivato in sede sono stato accolto calorosamente dal titolare e dalla moglie Monica i quali oltre ad avermi offerto un buon caffè mi hanno spiegato la causa del danneggiamento del motorino che comanda il sistema idraulico di azionamento della capote, difetto ormai ben noto su questo modello. Nel giro di 1h hanno smontato la capote e mi hanno mostrato il particolare guasto, dopodiché durante il tempo di attesa per la sostituzione e rimontaggio il figlio mi ha gentilmente accompagnato al centro commerciale dove tra un caffè, la lettura del giornale ed una passeggiata è trascorso il tempo ed infine sono tornati a riprendermi per portarmi in carrozzeria: controllo, test di funzionamento OK, entro l'ora di pranzo sono potuto rientrare a casa. GRAZIE di nuovo a tutta la famiglia: esperienza esemplare accoglienza ed onestà ripagano sempre. Consiglio di farsi qualche Km se necessario, ne vale la pena. Cordiali saluti Bianchi ?? As soon as I arrived at the office I was warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife Monica who, in addition to offering me a good coffee, explained to me the cause of the damage to the motor that controls the hydraulic system for activating the soft top, a well-known defect on this model. Within 1 hour they dismantled the hood and showed me the particular fault, after which, during the waiting time for the replacement and reassembly, the son kindly accompanied me to the shopping center where a coffee, reading the newspaper and a walk took place. time and finally they returned to pick me up to take me to the body shop: check, function test OK, by lunchtime I was able to go home. THANKS again to the whole family: exemplary experience hospitality and honesty always pay off. I recommend walking a few kilometers if necessary, it's worth it. Best regards Bianchi ??
