Avrei dato una recensione da 5 se fosse messo a disposizione un* mediatore/trice Interlinguistico ed interculturale (non è un traduttore né un interprete) o almeno qualche operatore/trice con un inglese comprensibile per il pubblico straniero. Ho assistito ad una scena pietosa di un coreano passato per l'Inghilterra e arrivato in Italia, avrebbe dovuto seguire il protocollo richiesti, ma nessuno capiva il suo bisogno né l'aiutasse a compilare il modulo prima di fare il tampone. Ho dovuto aiutare il ragazzo con tutte le incognite cercando di stare a dovuta distanza. Trattandosi di sanità pubblica inclusiva, oltre agli OSS italiani, dovrebbe essere scontato anche l'ausilio di una figura professionale che agevoli la comunicazione e collaborazione con cittadini non italiani. Sapevate che ci sarebbero stati più contagi eppure non avete fatto nulla per creare un servizio sufficiente..almeno quello. Rude if you call on the phone, impossible to find a free seat.
