Ho avuto modo di contattarli oggi per email per inserire una nuova esenzione e nel giro di pochi minuti sono stata ricontattata in maniera molto gentile per confermarmi che era già stato tutto correttamente inserito. Sono andata dal mio mèdico curante e mi rimanda a casa con 2 email che ho scritto pensando di avere la soluzione, ma sono pasati 2 gg e nemmeno le e-mail sono attive. La maleducazione e scocciatura di chi risponde al telefono, come se ci stessero facendo un favore e li stessimo disturbando, ormai non mi sorprende, ma continua a disgustarmi e irritarmi profondamente. Per coloro che hanno trovato "gentile" il personale e si sono trovati bene, mettendo più stelle ad una recensione, beh complimenti, siete riusciti a trovare il famoso ago nel pagliaio.
