Nessuno questiona su ritardi di 10/15 minuti, ci mancherebbe. Ma quando si parla di più di un’ora di ritardo e l’attesa non è ancora finita, credo che venga a mancare il rispetto per il paziente. Mai più. Senza contare la salta d’attesa ALL’ APERTO per gli accompagnatorI. ABSURD! Appointment at 11.40 am, it is 1 pm and we are still waiting. Humanitas Gavazzeni puoi prenotare online tranquillamente e in 1 minuto fai tutto, compreso di biglietto. Qui, invece, telefonicamente un'eternità! Peccato perché prima valeva molto di più da privata. Is it possible that you have to spend more than an hour on the phone to book a blood test? It was better when it was just Castelli! Per non parlare del fatto che non c'è un servizio di posta per l'invio a casa dei referti. Quindi altra coda. Se si compila il modulo online non si viene richiamati, se si prenota la visita in autonomia viene proposta a 7 volte il prezzo pattuito dall'assicurazione con cui si prenota. Veramente pessimi Worst booking service ever. Abbiamo trovato una persona disponibile, già dal primo appuntamento ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro aggio facendogli una visita accurata e spiegandoci in ogni dettaglio il problema riscontrato. Abbiamo trovato in lui un ottimo chirurgo con massima professionalità, grande preparazione e grandissima umanità. Ha eseguito lui personalmente l’intervento in maniera sublime. E già dal secondo giorno mia madre si e rialzata dal letto camminando con l’aiuto delle stampelle. Ringraziamo l’azienda dove ha eseguito l’intervento per la serietà, la trasparenza e si per l’impegnarsi nel rispondere alle esigenze dei propri pazienti. Inutile protestare se ti danno l'appuntamento alle 8 e entri alle 10,è normale, dov'è che non si aspetta?Sanità Lombarda è un'eccellenza.
