★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, in un momento di bisogno e senza possibilità di navigare su internet mi sono affidato a questa agenzia all'interno dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino aspirando ad un po' di onestà ed invece mi è stato rifilato un biglietto a prezzo assurdo con 2 scali dicendomi che era l'unica soluzione possibile.
Considerando che alla mia richiesta di un determinato volo visto su internet (di cui avevo già visto il prezzo prima di arrivare in areoporto) mi è stato risposto prima che non c'erano problemi ma che ci sarebbero state commissioni (giustissime)
Poi che il volo era al doppio del prezzo di quello proposto da loro, essendo in emergenza ho accettato la proposta. Pochi minuti dopo, essendo riuscito a riandare su internet, scopro la disponibilità di diversi voli senza scali (tra cui quello da me esplicitamente richiesto) alla metà del prezzo! Risultato l'ho presa in quel posto sono costretto a fare 2 voli per un totale Di più di 4 ore di volo quando avrei potuto metterci meno di 2 ore con un volo diretto alla metà del prezzo.
Questa è l'Italia.
Grazie mille, da oggi in poi solo online vista l'esperienza di oggi e passate. Con la speranza che aziende come voi capiscano i propri errori e non puntino più solo al profitto.

Bad experience, in a moment of need and without the possibility of surfing the internet, I entrusted myself to this agency inside Fiumicino airport, aspiring to a little honesty and instead I was given a ticket at an absurd price with 2 stopovers telling me that it was the only possible solution.
Considering that my request for a particular flight seen on the internet (of which I had already seen the price before arriving in the airport) I was answered before that there were no problems but that there would be commissions (very right)
Then that the flight was at twice the price of the one proposed by them, being in emergency I accepted the proposal. A few minutes later, having managed to go back on the internet, I discover the availability of several non-stop flights (including the one I explicitly requested) at half the price! Result I took it in that place I am forced to make 2 flights for a total of more than 4 hours of flight when I could have put less than 2 hours with a direct flight at half the price.
This is Italy.
Thank you very much, from now on only online given the experience of today and past. With the hope that companies like you will understand their mistakes and no longer focus on profit alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al Punto nel Mondo il 13/12/2021 ...agenzia di viaggi che si trova nella sala della grande biglietteria al piano superiore il più elevato dell' aeroporto di Fiumicino terminal 3. Assistevo mia zia che partiva per Malaga e non aveva il documento heath Spain.Sono stati efficienti benché avessero appena chiuso il box e mi sono stati di aiuto.
I went to Punto nel Mondo on 12/13/2021 ... travel agency located in the hall of the large ticket office on the top floor of the Fiumicino airport terminal 3. I was assisting my aunt who was leaving for Malaga and not had the heath Spain document. They were efficient even though they had just closed the box and they were helpful to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a same day ticket that the man mistaken booked for two days later. I was told I would be refunded but had to pay again for the actual ticket I needed. I was tired and stressed and went with it. Needless to say I lost $500. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES or at least pay very close attention to what they're doing if you have to use them.
