En general a pesar de que vivo en una ciudad bastante conocida me dicen que mi calle no esta en su itinerario y no me mo traen, siempre rengo que encontrarme en un punto con ellos.

Quando vedo che la consegna deve farla la GLS tremo, infatti anche questa volta, pur essendo a casa in convalescenza e per cui 24h al giorno, ricevo notifiche di mancata consegna da una settimana. Ho chiamato lasciando un ennesimo recapito ma nulla, sempre le solite scuse dopo restare al telefono interi minuti perché nessuno risponde. Non ho parole

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto l'orario per la consegna.. e consegnano 30 minuti prima poi chiamo il punto gls per chiedere del pacco,una signora mi risponde in un tono molto sgarbata che hanno consegnato il pacco alle ore 12:30 ma non c'era nessuno.. ? certo che non c'era nessuno perché l'orario per la consegna è dalle ore 13 ..alla fine ho dovuto ritirare io al punto gls
I put the time for delivery .. and they deliver 30 minutes before then I call the gls point to ask for the package, a lady replies in a very rude tone that they delivered the package at 12:30 but there was no one. . ? sure that nobody was there because the delivery time is from 1 pm .. in the end I had to collect myself at point gls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendevo una spedizione, ho chiesto via mail di sapere la fascia oraria indicativa di consegna per poter essere presente. Ora il pacco risulta consegnato a uno sconosciuto, senza mia autorizzazione, nessuno mi ha chiamato anche se il numero di telefono era chiaramente indicato, e neanche ho potuto firmare "con riserva", così se la merce avesse qualche danno o il pacco fosse rovinato sarà difficile avere un risarcimento o rimborso. Complimenti vivissimi.
I was waiting for a shipment, I asked via email to know the indicative delivery time slot in order to be present. Ho provato a chiamare chiedere come mai dopo aver ricevuto l'avviso di avvenuta consegna non ho ricevuto il pacco e loro prendono tempo e raccontano storie non vere, alla fine ti stufi perché il responsabile non ti dà soddisfazione anzi dice che con me non parla in quanto il pacco risulta consegnato perciò loro sono a posto io non ho nessuna voce in merito, se proprio insisto se la vedono loro con il mittente, risultato ci rimetti pure i soldi spesi per la merce.
Anche il loro servizio customer service è d'accordo con loro.
Per loro il cliente non conta niente.
