★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The RT-PCR certificate we got from this place was not suitable for international travels (Thailand). My partner (Italian) asked the lab before making the appointment and taking the test if they were able to provide the certificate in English and it was mentioned of course. So we made an appointment, got the test, however the paper which was only partly in English was not qualified. We got rejected to fly with Finnair to Thailand because the document provided was not considered as in English. We tried calling from the airport to ask for help, but the lab officers were not able to provide us an equivalent document in an English version that have words like ore, data di nascita and del in English. The test service was good. I do wish we had been advised from the beginning of this inability to give a test certificate fully in English and had been referred to another place that is actually eligible.
