I phoned for two days in a row no answer, very superficial secretaries and I think they absolutely do not carry the interests of the clinic.

Sconsigliato Secretaries Absolutely inflexible to any request that can be made (they don't even try to meet the patient), not very friendly and unclear in the explanations. Not recommended

Alcune prestazioni mediche non sono disponibili. Made a couple of medical visits at the facility, very superficial, no cleaning of machinery between visits. Some medical services are not available.

Lo consiglio vivamente! I went to this center for stenosing tenosynovitis, better known as trigger finger. I found professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend it!

Prenoto per una Pev,confermano l'appuntamento,arrivo li e mi dicono che loro non fanno queste visite specialistiche Ma tutto bene???? La ragazza all'accettazione mi ha ripetuto molte volte di quale visita avessi bisogno ed io ho ripetuto molte volte la visita che volevo e mi conferma che loro le fanno NO COMMENT Pure incompetence! I book for a Pev, they confirm the appointment, I arrive there and they tell me that they do not make these specialist visits But all right???? The girl at the reception told me many times which visit I needed and I repeated the visit I wanted many times and she confirms that they do. NO COMMENT

Risponde sempre la segreteria automatica, perciò ritengo che questo centro sia poco attendibile per quanto concerne il servizio della tutela per la salute pubblica. I recommend to report the continuous disservice at the telephone booking lines. The automatic answering machine always answers, so I believe that this center is not very reliable as regards the protection service for public health.
V	Vincenzo Giordano Kony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e sbrigativo, chiamate infinite (per 5 giorni consecutivi a diversi orari) senza alcuna risposta e nessun avviso di chiusura o ferie. Dopo una settimana mi richiamano (a seguito di mail), chiedo informazioni per una visita specialistica e mi dicono che dovrò aspettare più di un mese: se volevo attendere così tanto mi rivolgevo al SSN, se cerco una visita da privato è perchè non voglio o non posso aspettare. Alla fine mi sono rivolto altrove. Dulcis in fundo, dopo la mia richiesta di salvarsi il numero per avvisarmi nel caso in cui si liberasse un posto prima mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia. Grandi. Rude and hasty staff, endless calls (for 5 consecutive days at different times) with no response and no notice of closure or holidays. After a week they call me back (following an email), I ask for information for a specialist visit and they tell me that I will have to wait more than a month: if I wanted to wait so long I would contact the SSN, if I am looking for a visit as a private person it is because I do not want to or I can not wait. Eventually I turned elsewhere. Last but not least, after my request to save the number to notify me in case a place becomes available before they closed the phone in my face. Great.

Dopo aver ripetuto più volte la necessità di essere presente a visita per mia madre ,per poter parlare con il dottore mi è stato risposto che potevo telefonargli .....(visita a pagamento) perché non era possibile .Questa regola però non valeva per altri pazienti a lei conosciuti.Dovreste mettere delle telecamere anche per controllare come si comportano con l'utenza. After repeating the need to be present for a visit for my mother several times, in order to speak with the doctor, I was told that I could call him ..... (paid visit) because it was not possible. This rule, however, did not apply to other patients you know. You should also put cameras to check how they behave with users.
