Sconsiglio vivamente DHL anche per i costi molto pi alti della concorrenza. In giro c'è molto di meglio. Aggiungo, in risposta al dhl point, che ho contattato il n° verde a pagamento (!) di DHL subito dopo l'avviso della mancata consegna del venditore e, dopo un certo tempo di attesa, mi hanno detto che ormai il pacco era stato rimandato al mittente, senza dirmi nulla sui 15 gg di giacenza...avrebbero potuto darmi un recapito del magazzino...mi dispiace aver atteso un mese per un pacco che per una sciocchezza ho dovuto riordinare, tra l'altro, con un prezzo maggiorato. Non ce l'ho con il point Mezzaluna che mi ha risposto, ma con l'organizzazione della struttura in generale.
