La mia esperienza e stata meno di una Stella ma non riesco a darne meno, sono dovuto andare in filiale a Foggia per ricevere il plico, dopo 10€uro di telefonate al servizio clienti 199199345 e qualche ora passata a chattare con la customer care del live chat che non riuscivano a darmi risposte infatti alla fine mi sono recato io in filiale dopo aver interpellato Milano che con molta gentilezza mi ha consigliato che era meglio così altrimenti avrei dovuto aspettare almeno la settimana successiva il primo giorno utile per le consegne al mio paese.MAI PIÙ DHL piuttosto rinuncio all'acquisto. SSSSCONSIGLIATISSIMO. I do not want to hear more about DHL in any case I will buy more online if the deliveries are made by this pseudo "express" courier ... for heaven's sake. My experience was less than a star but I can not give less, I had to go to the branch in Foggia to receive the package, after 10 € uro of phone calls to customer service 199199345 and a few hours spent chatting with the live customer care chats that could not give me answers in fact in the end I went to the branch after having consulted Milan who very kindly advised me that it was better this way, otherwise I would have had to wait at least the following week for the first useful day for deliveries to my country. NEVER AGAIN DHL rather give up the purchase. SSSS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Per non parlare dello sgarbo più totale nel trattare i clienti. Assolutamente inadatti all'accoglienza clienti.
