Passo di Corvo è il prodotto di nicchia dell'azienda, un primitivo affinato in barrique con una consistente gradazione alcolica che sprigiona sentori di frutti rossi, ampio e distinto, spiccano la susina, la prugna matura e l'amarena, su una trama floreale note più profonde e speziate . Caldo , appagante e tondo al sorso si distingue per la morbidezza domata dei suoi tannini e per il delicato sapore vellutato, morbido, di una polposità mai scevra da una seducente freschezza. Vino gradevole e completo da abbinare a ragú, grigliate di carne, formaggi e salumi.
Very good wines. Passo di Corvo is the niche product of the company, a primitive aged in barriques with a consistent alcoholic strength that releases hints of red fruits, broad and distinct, stand out plum, ripe plum and black cherry, on a floral texture notes deeper and spicier. Warm, satisfying and round at the sip, it stands out for the tamed softness of its tannins and for the delicate velvety, soft flavor of a fleshy never devoid of seductive freshness. Pleasant and complete wine to pair with meat sauce, grilled meat, cheeses and salami.
