All the time they enter my address wrong and do not make the delivery, and i have to go to pick up.... no idea how do they work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shipment arrived with 2 days of delay. Nont ecen sorry from the GLS. They came , that what they say, first day after the date that was guaranteed for delivery, and form them we were absent. No card or info left in our mailbox . Not even an email.
After I called the office in Brescia, the lady sounded she did not care much about my complain and stating “it is normal we do not leave any card or info in the mail box. I did not feel like the GLS really care about customers and quality of service.
