Per le Università che devono spedire o ritirare materiale di laboratorio in ghiaccio secco non è consentita alcuna forma di abbonamento. Fedex fa aprire un Codice cliente al dipendente che poi si fa rimborsare la spesa. Peccato le PA sono soggette a split payment e un'operazione de genere può comportare evasione dell'IVA
Customer service poorly prepared, the line continually falls and must be recalled. For universities that must send or collect laboratory material on dry ice, no form of subscription is permitted. Fedex opens an account number for the employee who then reimburses the cost. Too bad the PAs are subject to split payment and a transaction of this kind may involve VAT evasion

CHIAMI IL CENTRALINO PEGGIO CHE PEGGIO.... E INTANTO TI MANGIANO 0,10 € AL MINUTO... SE LO MOLTIPLICHI PER CHISSA QUANTA GENTE.... VERGOGNA... UNO SCHIFO!!!!!!!!!!!
I PUT 1 BECAUSE ZERO STARS YOU CANNOT .. NEVER SEEN A SERVICE SO BAD, 4 CALLS (THE LAST HAVE PUT THE MUSICLE FOR 10 MINUTES) AND AT THE END THE LINE ALWAYS FALLED ... CALL THE SWITCHBOARD WORST WHAT WORSE .... AND MEANWHILE YOU EAT € 0.10 PER MINUTE ... IF YOU MULTIPLE IT FOR WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE .... SHAME ... A SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!

La telefonata è stata chiusa automaticamente dopo aver chiesto gli estremi e senza aver parlato con alcuno o ricevuto chiarimenti. Al limite della truffa
Bad, to say the least, telephone service. Paid call to not receive any information about a shipment that had exceeded the expected delivery time. The call was closed automatically after asking for details and without having spoken to anyone or received any clarification. On the verge of scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scandaloso!!! Il corriere non suona mai il campanello di casa. Dopo due lettere di mancata consegna andiamo fisicamente nella sede centrale (al telefono mai nessuna risposta) e ci viene risposto che DOBBIAMO rimanere in casa tutti il giorno ad aspettare. Oltretutto quasi venendo sbeffeggiati e chiedendo di parlare con un responsabile ma senza avere nessun tipo di risposta. Nel 2022 l’esistenza di un servizio di corriere espresso di tale livello credo sia una cosa inconcepibile. Tenetevene assolutamente alla larga!!!
Outrageous service !!! The courier never rings the doorbell. After two non-delivery letters we physically go to the central office (no answer on the phone) and we are told that we MUST stay at home all day and wait. Moreover, almost being mocked and asking to speak to a manager but without having any kind of answer. In 2022, the existence of an express courier service of this level, I believe, is an inconceivable thing. Absolutely keep away from it !!!
