★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, rispetto alle cartolerie nei comuni limitrofi ha dei prezzi esorbitanti, purtroppo essendo in zona arancione questo non rappresenta un motivo valido per andare in un altro comune, e non essendoci alternative a Segrate sono OBBLIGATO ad andare in questa cartoleria pessima e costosa.
Gli altri motivi per cui la critico, oltre per i prezzi estremamente cari, sono la poca gentilezza e la poca cura dei suoi lavoratori.
Ho fatto stampare e rilegare dei file, un servizio pagato e anche caramente rispetto alle alternative a cui non avevo accesso (in quanto non si può andare in altri comuni), e uno file stampato ha delle pagine disposte in maniera disordinata (cosa che non è nella versione digitale), l'altro file ha delle pagine finali mancanti mentre altre sono state stampate due volte (cosa che non è nella versione digitale), da qui si denota la poca cura che hanno, ma non solo, ho chiamato per fare notare l'errore e mi è stato detto che non dipende da loro, non è un loro errore, ma dipende dai miei file (PDF) che sono troppo pesanti, una scusa veramente ridicola.
Very bad, compared to the stationeries in the neighboring municipalities it has exorbitant prices, unfortunately being in the orange zone this does not represent a valid reason to go to another municipality, and since there are no alternatives to Segrate I am OBLIGED to go to this bad and expensive stationery.
The other reasons why I criticize her, besides the extremely expensive prices, are the lack of kindness and the lack of care of her workers.
I had files printed and bound, a paid service and also dearly compared to the alternatives to which I did not have access (as you cannot go to other municipalities), and a printed file has pages arranged in a disordered way (which is not in the digital version), the other file has some missing final pages while others have been printed twice (which is not in the digital version), hence the little care they have, but not only, I called to point out the error and I was told that it is not their fault, it is not their mistake, but it is due to my (PDF) files which are too large, a really ridiculous excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una cartoleria nonolto grande ma molto molto attrezzata, ci sono stato diverse volte e sono sempre risucito a trovare tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, per esempio matite gomme, pantoni e cartoncini colorati o carta da pacchi. Inoltre sono tutti molto gentili ed educati e pronti ad aiutare!
It is a not very big but very well equipped stationery shop, I have been there several times and I have always managed to find everything I needed, for example pencils, erasers, pantones and colored cardboard or wrapping paper. Plus they are all very nice and polite and ready to help!
