Appena arrivato sono entrato senza fare coda. Ho avuto modo di spiegare al personale le mie esigenze e con molta professionalitΓ  sono stato subito accontentato.
As soon as I arrived I entered without queuing. I was able to explain my needs to the staff and with great professionalism I was immediately satisfied.

Visitato per il cambio dei miei apparati telepass che possedevo da troppi anni e temevo potessero avere ormai la batteria in esaurimento; il cambio Γ¨ stato rapido grazie al personale molto efficiente e cortese
Visited for the change of my telepass devices that I had owned for too many years and I feared they might have run out of battery by now; the change was quick thanks to the very efficient and courteous staff

Personale maleducato senza rispetto per persone disabili. Mia moglie chiedeva una tessera a scalare dopo aver chiesto alla fila di poter passare essendo disabile, ma l'addetto di turno faceva le sue osservazioni dicendo che avrebbe dovuto aspettare il suo turno . Il fatto succedeva nella giornata del 23 Dicembre. Si delinea scarsa comprensione per disabilitΓ  gravi con personale che dovrebbe essere dislocato in altro incarico.
Rude staff with no respect for disabled people. My wife asked for a pass after asking the queue to pass because she was disabled, but the attendant on duty made her remarks saying that she would have to wait her turn. The fact happened on the day of December 23rd. Lack of understanding emerges for severe disabilities with staff who should be stationed in another position.

Friendly Service. They only speak Italian. This is the place where you turn in the Telepass (or get it fixed).

You must take another "day off" because June 1, 2020 is closed! it is an indecency, better to eliminate the points and delegate to entities with greater capacity towards services. In my honest opinion that isn't customer service.
