m	mina demian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima azienda 1 stella è troppo mancano di professionalità di organizzazione, parlare con qualche responsabile e risolvere una problematica è un impresa epica segnalo che l'anno scorso per far intervenire l'azienda per l' impianto di riscaldamento le segnalazioni sono iniziate i primi di novembre e i tecnici dopo mille segnalazioni e mille solleciti sono intervenuti a marzo, quest'anno siamo nella stessa situazione riscaldamento che non va 3 pratiche aperte e mille solleciti da inizio novembre ad oggi ancora non ho risolto la problematica, segnalato più volte che all'interno dell'abitazione c'è una persona anziana disabile con una protesi al ginocchio e che per il suo stato di salute non può rimanere al freddo e che tutta questa situazione è disumana secondo voi la problematica è stata risolta? Ebbene no. Mi trovo a dover procedere con recensione negativa per far capire a tutti come lavora questa azienda e invitare chiunque a starme alla larga e a doverli denunciare e procedere per vie legali. Chiaramente fosse stato per me non mi sarei mai affidato a un azienda piena di incompetenti che pecca di professionalità e comunicazione , dove i tecnici hanno potere decisionale su cosa fare e cosa no e dove un tecnico può rispondere male al cliente, purtroppo questa azienda è stata messa sotto contratto da aler milano non da me e ci tengo a precisare che nonostante il periodo COVID-19 non ho mai visto un vostro tecnico con una mascherina addosso.
