★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto una formazione di 3 giorni: 1° giorno interessante un po messo in cantina dalle performance della formatrice..........2° giorno di formazione o disinformazione pratica poca e tanta confusione..........3°giorno mi e stato detto che non vi era un test finale ma sorpresa è spuntato un cronometro quindi test inizio per primo ci metto parecchio e male poi al seguente vedo un cronometro li dopo la fine della giornata capisco quello che di uno che stava li con me mi dice che non serve......non era proprio una formazione ma una prova di manualita e memoria da prendere personale alla spicciola per montare dei pezzi; che dire impostazione di preaffiancamento e o formazione scadente tirata su alla buona con giudizi sommari e pregiudizievoli il mio dato scritto su foglio di gradimento sul 2 stelle e giudizio di poche parole gradito o meno ma personalmente no.
I did a 3-day training: 1st interesting day a bit put in the cellar by the trainer's performances .......... 2nd day of training or practical misinformation little and a lot of confusion ....... ... 3rd day I was told that there was no final test but surprise a chronometer has popped up so test I start first I take a lot and badly then on the next I see a stopwatch there after the end of the day I understand what one is who was there with me tells me that it is not necessary ...... it was not really a training but a test of manual skills and memory to be taken personally in a nutshell to assemble the pieces; what about pre-coaching and poor training or training pulled up haphazardly with summary and prejudicial judgments my data written on a 2-star rating sheet and a few words judgment welcome or not but personally not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia del personale che risponde alle chiamate è della peggior specie. Oltre a non voler essere d'aiuto a coloro che chiamano, sono ignoranti sui loro stessi prodotti, non vogliono nemmeno ascoltare qual è il problema.
Il peggior call center della Romania è sicuramente migliore della segretaria che ha risposto (la quale, se non ha voglia di lavorare, potrebbe lasciare il posto a qualcuno di più gentile, competente e aggiornato sui prodotti/servizi della loro azienda).
The rudeness of the staff answering calls is of the worst kind. Besides not wanting to help those they call, they are ignorant about their own products, they don't even want to hear what the problem is.
The worst call center in Romania is certainly better than the secretary who answered (who, if she doesn't want to work, could give way to someone more polite, knowledgeable and updated on their company's products / services).
