Mi hanno inviato un loro articolo che però era adatto praticamente solo per legare il pianoforte alla slitta di trasporto e quindi ho effettuato il reso pagandone la spedizione. Mi hanno restituito la somma trattenendosi le spese di spedizione dell'invio. Al di là delle norme del "Codice del consumo" e delle condizioni di vendita individuali, mi chiedo che senso abbia perdere un cliente per una cosa del genere. Al riguardo sono stato anche successivamente richiamato da loro con un tono poco simpatico, di rimprovero. Rispondono alla mia comunicazione che la spedirò a loro carico, restituisco la colla con corriere, e questi non mi rimborsano. Si fanno invece chiamare ma semplicemente per informarmi che non dovevo spedire a loro carico, non rimborsano mi rimproverano e offendono. Vecchio stile. Io non acquisterò più da questo sito.
