★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere valutazione 0 lo farei. Personale poco disponibile, poco preparato e poco professionale, mi hanno Trattata malissimo.
Volevo stipulare il contratto con voi, ma dopo diverse spiegazioni mi hanno detto che inserendo l'Iban era complicato(mi è sembrato poco preparato) e con il bancomat impossibile perché era in scadenza (ma tra 40 giorni) pertanto anche in questo caso soluzione bocciata. Ho provato anche a contattare la mia banca la quale mi avrebbe aiutata nell'invio dei moduli da compilare per poi consegnare nel suddetto punto vendita(moduli che avrei trovato, penso, immagino, anche da loro)
Così dopo tanti tentativi (solo e soltanto da parte mia)mi hanno invitata a farlo ONLINE, quindi la domanda è, ma se potevo farlo online e per altro un personale poco disponibile verso il cliente , a cosa serve questo punto vendita???
Un vero peccato oggi volevo diventare una cliente Telepass ma grazie a queste persone non è stato possibile.
A questo punto mai lo sarò!!!
Invito i responsabili di questa agenzia a fare attenzione ai proprio collaboratori, sono un pessimo biglietti da visita.
E Telepass non ci fa una bella figura
If I could put 0 rating I would. Staff not very helpful, poorly trained and unprofessional, they treated me very badly.
I wanted to stipulate the contract with you, but after several explanations they told me that inserting the Iban was complicated (it seemed unprepared) and with the ATM impossible because it was expiring (but in 40 days) therefore also in this case the solution was rejected . I also tried to contact my bank which would help me in sending the forms to fill out and then deliver them to the aforementioned point of sale (forms that I would have found, I think, I guess, also from them)
So after many attempts (only and only on my part) they invited me to do it ONLINE, so the question is, but if I could do it online and a staff not very available to the customer, what is this store for ???
A real shame today I wanted to become a Telepass customer but thanks to these people it was not possible.
At this point I will never be !!!
I invite the managers of this agency to pay attention to their collaborators, they are a bad business card.
And Telepass doesn't make a good impression on us

Crazy stuff I stopped for a coffee! The banker very angry for a shift change not obtained! But what does it matter to me! I just wanted a coffee! Not recommended!
