★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo in riferimento alla mia esperienza con la logistica di questa società FERCAM LOGISTIC & TRASPORT : se potessi dare zero, sarebbe quello il voto. Merce in consegna , resto a casa, prendendo le ferie. Scendo in garage al piano strada ( dove il cellulare prende benissimo) e fatalità il corriere passa, citofona, non mi trova e NON CHIAMA come invece fanno tutti: ore 10.50. Torno al portone di casa alle 10.56, orario in cui mando subito una mail in cui allego anche una foto a conferma di quanto accaduto e chiamo l azienda . Ma essendo il santo patrono ho dovuto attendere il giorno seguente. Mi dicono che il corriere non è tenuto a chiamare nessuno, che la consegna sarà a data da definirsi e la merce andrà in giacenza. Tutto questo per non aver fatto una chiamata, come tutti i corrieri delle società concorrenti. Mi dispiace perché anche l azienda dove ho acquistato la merce non mi vedrà più, se si affidano a questo servizio
 I am writing in reference to my experience with the logistics of this company FERCAM LOGISTIC & TRASPORT: if I could give zero, that would be the vote. Goods on delivery, I stay at home, taking vacation. I go down to the garage on the street level (where the cell phone takes very well) and inevitably the courier passes, intercom, does not find me and DOES NOT CALL as everyone does: 10.50 am. I go back to the front door at 10.56, the time when I immediately send an email in which I also attach a photo confirming what happened and I call the company. But being the patron saint I had to wait until the following day. They tell me that the courier is not required to call anyone, that the delivery will be on a date to be defined and the goods will go into storage. All this for not making a call, like all the couriers of competing companies. I'm sorry because even the company where I bought the goods will not see me again, if they rely on this service
