★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vengo contattato con un messaggio dopo una settimana e dopo le ore 12.00 circa .Dopo varie chiamate invane (non risponde mai nessuno) vado sul loro sito e vedo i loro orari ridotti di servizio da Lun. a Giov. e il venerdi solo fino alle 12.30.
Ovviemante reclamerò alla mia compagnia ed eventualmente cambierò assicurazione

Perizia, anzi videoperizia, rapidissima.
Sinistro senza feriti da ambo le controparti.
Attendono verbale da 5 mesi.
In data 28/03/2019 li contatto ed il referente mi racconta di aver ricevuto, a suo dire, un verbale sbagliato.
Chiedo se vuole gestisca direttamente io il ritiro mi risponde che oramai “ha pagato una persona per farlo, quindi è inutile, ci pensa lui”.
In data 11/04/2019 richiamo, parlo sempre con lo stesso referente, chiedendo se fosse arrivato il verbale. La risposta è disarmante ed irritante: “e che ne so io?”
Dopodiché mi racconta che del verbale ancora non c’è traccia ed a fronte delle mie rimostranze mi chiede perchè non sia ancora andato io a ritirarlo. Sbotto.
La risposta, prevedibile, è ancora peggio. “Io le faccio una offerta pur senza verbale, se non le sta bene proceda ad intentare una causa legale.”
Ed attacca il telefono negandomi ogni diritto di replica.
Se questo è il modo di lavorare, immagino ci sia davvero tanto da migliorare.

On 11/04/2019 recall, I always speak with the same referent, asking if the minutes had arrived. The answer is disarming and irritating: "And what do I know?"
Then he tells me that there is still no record of the report and in the face of my complaints he asks me why I haven't gone to pick it up yet. He snapped.
The predictable answer is even worse. "I offer you an offer without a report, if you don't feel comfortable proceed with a lawsuit."
And attack the phone denying me any right of reply.
If this is the way to work, I imagine there is really a lot to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ azienda che a quanto pare gestisce i sinistri per la mia compagnia assicurativa, ovviamente meno di una stella non si può mettere, peccato. comunque anche dopo i 30 giorni di legge, dopo aver subito un tamponamento con cid firmato da entrambi, siamo ancora in alto mare, macchina ferma e ovviamente spaccata. termine gentile.....inqualificabili e non aggiungo altro
