Infatti, Mediaset Premium non tiene conto dei 30 giorni per concludere contratti a seguito di un sacrosanto diritto di recesso da parte di ex abbonati, e passa le pratiche a società di recupero crediti. Evidentemente le multe beccate dall'Antitrust non sono bastate a Mediaset Premium che persevera in pratiche commerciali scorrette relativamente alle modalità di gestione delle richieste di recesso e disdetta dei contratti per i servizi Mediaset Premium, con la complicità delle società di recupero crediti. La parte migliore è l'inbound di mediaset la parte outbound è un servizio frode contro le persone nella quale si obbliga a farle firmare anche se sono analfabete o incapaci d'intendere e volere. Vi pago tre giorni! Come è giusto che sia. Andate avanti che vi seguo ? Per un recupero crediti di 50€ chiamavano tutti i giorni a tutte le ore in maniera aggressive talvolta anche prendendomi a parolacce. Non ho mai detto che non volevo pagare, sia chiaro, soltanto mi serviva il tempo per verificare se la richiesta fosse lecita o meno. E intanto tutti i giorni a chiamare da numeri diversi a tutte le ore. They are to be reported and I will.
