In generale, lo staff è stato professionale e sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni dubbio. Tutto il resto è andato molto bene, ottimo servizio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il ragazzo addetto alla vendita dell' auto,non posso dire che bene. È sempre stato cortese e pronto a spiegare tutti i punti che non erano chiari. Purtroppo,pero', lo stesso non posso dire per l' amministrazione. Hanno sbagliato l' ordine dell' auto facendo slittare di oltre un mese la consegna. Po' succedere,certo,ma quello che non deve capitare è la superficialità e l' arroganza di quelle tre che sono in ufficio. Oltre a questo con l' acquisto dell' auto era previsto in omaggio un monopattino elettrico,che ad oggi non è stato ancora consegnato. La cosa che più mi lascia perplesso è il modo con cui rispondono ogni qualvolta telefono per chiedere se questo benedetto monopattino è arrivato,sembra quasi che le disturbi. Le tre stelle le do per il ragazzo addetto alle vendite,per le sue colleghe credo che una stella sia anche troppo. Cortesia e gentilezza non sono la loro prerogativa principale.

The order of the car was wrong and the delivery was delayed by more than a month. It can happen, of course, but what must not happen is the superficiality and arrogance of those three who are in the office. In addition to this, with the purchase of the car, an electric scooter was provided for free, which has not yet been delivered to date. The thing that most perplexes me is the way in which they answer every time I phone to ask if this blessed scooter has arrived, it almost seems to disturb them. I give the three stars for the sales guy, for his colleagues I think one star is too much. Courtesy and kindness are not their main prerogative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno urgente dell'officina senza prenotazione e ho avuto un'accoglienza ottima da parte del personale. Persone veramente in gamba, competenti e disponibili, che si sono prodigate per risolvere il problema che aveva il mio mezzo. Tra l'altro ad un orario prossimo alla chiusura. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito da questo atteggiamento. Molto soddisfatto. Grazie ragazzi.
I was in urgent need of the workshop without a reservation and I had a great welcome from the staff. Really smart, competent and helpful people, who did their utmost to solve the problem that my vehicle had. Among other things, at a time close to closing. I was pleasantly surprised by this attitude. Very satisfied. Thank you guys.
