E	Elisa C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggiato pulmino 9 posti per 9 giorni da venerdì 03 settembre a sabato 11 settembre 2021 condizioni a voce euro 570 con 300 km al giorno , pulmino riconsegnato in perfette condizioni con il pieno e nessun segno di Carozzeria ma anime la Signora katiuscia a suo dire aveva sbagliato il prezzo troppo basso di noleggio ( non un problema di chi noleggia ) mi ha chiamato dicendo che il pulmino era ok ma c erano diversi km in più rispetto alle condizioni, condizioni come a loro dire di 100 km al giorno( nonostante a parole era stato fatto assieme il conteggio 9 per 300 totale 2700 per cui ci stiamo dentro alla grande) ,noi andando in Puglia partendo da rimini cioè circa 1500 km fra andata e ritorno condizioni che non avremmo mai accettato con la soglia dei 900 km!!!!!!!!saremmo stati pazzi ad accettare anche un bambino non avrebbe accettato! Morale della favola richiesta di pagamento di euro 240 extra( si devono rifare per avere noleggiato un pulmino a basso costo )A parole i signori erano stati educati e perfetti ma al parlare del disguido non si ricordano più di ciò che si è parlato a parole a distanza di una settimana! Il mio sbaglio è stato di firmare senza leggere perché come tutti sappiamo in Romagna per noi romagnoli la parola è sacra ma ciò è evidente che non è così per tutti! Sconsiglio vivamente Playarent per la non serietà!una stella perché di meno non si può! 9-seater minibus rented for 9 days from Friday 03 September to Saturday 11 September 2021 conditions per item € 570 with 300 km per day, minibus returned in perfect condition with full tank and no sign of Carozzeria but souls Mrs. katiuscia, according to her, was wrong the too low rental price (not a problem of those who rent) called me saying that the minibus was ok but there were several km more than the conditions, conditions as they say of 100 km a day (despite words it had been done together the 9 count for 300 total 2700 so we are in it to the great), we going to Puglia starting from Rimini that is about 1500 km round trip conditions that we would never have accepted with the threshold of 900 km !!!!! !!! we would have been crazy to accept even a child would not have accepted! Moral of the story request for payment of extra 240 euros (they must be redone to have hired a low-cost minibus) In words, the gentlemen had been polite and perfect but when talking about the problem they no longer remember what was spoken in words to a week away! My mistake was to sign without reading because as we all know in Romagna, the word is sacred to us from Romagna, but it is evident that it is not so for everyone! I strongly advise against Playarent for not seriousness! A star because you can't get less!
