I rented a van from them for a small move, I am a purely occasional customer ... price as agreed both on the phone and in person, van in good condition, the people who work there have been friendly and kind, I have not had any kind of problem.

Loro si sono giustificati dicendo che bastava avere le catene a bordo per essere in regola, e ormai era troppo tardi per noi per cambiare noleggio. Assolutamente sconsigliato. We had been promised a van with thermal tires but at the withdrawal the van had normal tires. They justified themselves by saying that it was enough to have the chains on board to be in order, and it was too late for us to change hire. Absolutely not recommended.

Fortunamente mi accontentano e il venerdì 18/06 mi presento. 2 ore di attesa per prendere il mezzo. Dopo due ore si presenta una ragazza con la lista di danni della macchina, visto che avevo già letto le recensioni ci mettiamo un'altra ora per aggiornare la lista con i danni del mezzo per evitare inconvenienti. Consegno 700 euro di caparra. (cifra molto più alta rispetto alla concorrenza) Metà caparra viene riconsegnata dopo 45 giorni e l'altrà meta dopo altri 45 giorni (90 gg totali). Il lunedì consegno il mezzo e ovviamente non mi viene data nessuna caparra. Dopo 45 giorni chiamo e chiedo notizie della mia caparra, mi risponde una segretaria dicendo che mi era già stata restituita. Le dico di controllare bene ed effettivamente la ritrovano. Come da accordi metà mi viene consegnata dopo 45 giorni. Passano altri 45 giorni mando una mail e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta ad oggi 04/10. Insomma servizio pessimo, consegne non rispettate, caparra fuori luogo per un mezzo del genere e nessuna risposta nè tramite mail, nè al telefono. Vivamente sconsigliata. Bad experience! I call to rent a van with a towbar at the last minute. Luckily they satisfy me and on Friday 18/06 I introduce myself. 2 hours of waiting to take the vehicle. After two hours, a girl shows up with the list of damage to the car, since I had already read the reviews it takes us another hour to update the list with the damage of the vehicle to avoid problems. I deliver 700 euros as a deposit. (much higher than the competition) Half of the deposit is returned after 45 days and the other half after another 45 days (90 days in total). On Monday I deliver the vehicle and obviously no deposit is given to me. After 45 days I call and ask for news of my deposit, a secretary replies saying that it had already been returned to me. I tell her to check well and actually find her again. As agreed, half is delivered to me after 45 days. Another 45 days pass, I send an email and I have not yet received an answer as of today 04/10. In short, bad service, unfulfilled deliveries, out of place deposit for such a vehicle and no answer either by email or by phone. Strongly not recommended.
