U	Umberto Mastromartino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo per conto di una signora anziana di Foggia, dopo tre anni con una poltrona mod.camilla, si è trovata bloccata con il poggia piedi alzato e avendo difficoltà a scendere, contatto l'azienda venditrice che s'impegna a parlare con i tecnici, dopo 7 giorni richiamo sentendomi dire che richiesta di intervento e stata inviata, dopo altri 5 giorni di attesa, facendo ascoltare le buone ragioni mi viene dato il nr di tele dell'assistenza, parlo con un tecnico che dice avviso subito il tecnico di zona, dopo tre giorni richiamo l'assistenza con molto garbo, spiegando che una signora di 90 anni non può star seduta su di una sedia, mi fanno mettere in contatto con un tecnico che risiede a Benevento, il giorno dopo il tecnico viene ma con un telecomando non idoneo, richiude il tutto dicendo che si faceva sentire, a tutt'oggi 7 Agosto la signora ringrazia per la solerzia premura tenuta. Forse dopo ferragosto si sistema il tutto. Ora la domanda sorge spontanea...la garanzia dura 2 anni, ma son pure duemila euro circa di pagamento e dopo due anni la buttiamo? Consiglio,a chi ha necessità di questo oggetto, questa azienda perché è un prodotto italiano e la consegna è stata effettuata in tempi rapidi dall ordine. Da quel che so i proprietari hanno riconvertito l'azienda per produrre le mascherine in tessuto lavabile, quando durante il lockdown erano introvabili. Great company, they work well. La nostra scelta è ricaduta sul modello Zoe, con un anima centrale da 1600 molle insacchettate e uno strato superficiale più avvolgente, da loro chiamato beneform memory (spessore in cm non indicato sulle certificazioni). La cover si presenta molto accattivante, colore grigio, sfoderbile e composta di una particolare fibra denominata "Fibramed" certificata come antalgica (antidolore). I materiali sono indiscutibilmente di qualità e ciò è testimoniato dalle varie certificazioni che ne fanno un prodotto unico e sicuramente innovativo. Noi poi lo abbiamo abbinato a un piano ortopedico di una nota azienda Veneta che fa letti, non la classica rete a doghe e devo dire che abbiamo trovato il giusto compromesso. Un dubbio però è lecito alla luce di tanta tecnologia, innovazione e qualità, ovvero apprendere che la garanzia è di 5 anni. Riteniamo siano pochini specie se relazionati ai tanti fattori-benefici menzionati nonchè alla fascia di prezzo non propriamente economica, io e la moglie speriamo sinceramente che duri molto di più! Struttura con 1600 molle insacchettate, memory, ed eucafeel più superficiale, che fa la differenza. Curato nei minimi dettagli, elegante e rifinitissimo, non ha proprio nulla da invidiare a marchi ben più costosi e pubblicizzati. Offre un ottimo sostegno, pur accogliendo il corpo quanto basta a far sentire comodi e riposare in modo eccellente. Non rigido ma solido, non morbido ma accogliente. La struttura è protetta da un sottile tessuto di maglina, apribile con cerniera. Il rivestimento è composto da 2 parti. Quella sopra, dove si dorme, è finemente lavorata e con fibre di tessuto in "fibramed". Questa parte è staccabile dal resto con una comoda e robusta cerniera, e lavabile a secco. I laterali del rivestimento sono in simil velluto marrone, che conferiscono eleganza a tutto il materasso. Il tessuto sotto invece è retato, per permettere un'ottima traspirabilità al materasso. Il prodotto ha il presidio medico, perciò è scaricabile in denuncia dei redditi. Azienda molto bella, personale gentile e assolutamente non insistente per concludere la vendita. Onesti. Consegna in tempi brevissimi, al piano. Soddisfazione massima. The fabric underneath, on the other hand, is netted, to allow excellent breathability to the mattress. The product has a medical device, so it can be downloaded in the tax return. Very nice company, nice staff and absolutely not insistent to conclude the sale. Honest. Delivery in a very short time, to the floor. Maximum satisfaction.
