Ordino e pago in anticipo un pantalone con una determinata taglia… ne arriva una di 2 taglie più piccole e mi obbligano praticamente a tenerla perché non vogliono rimborsarmi. Assurdo!! Vergogna. Ho dovuto prenderli per forza, sperando di arrivare alla 46.
Bad. In Rome I have never had any problems… with them yes. I order and pay in advance for pants with a certain size… one of 2 smaller sizes arrives and they practically force me to keep it because they don't want to reimburse me. Absurd!! Shame. I had to take them by force, hoping to get to 46.
