★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa disponibilità e cortesia. Ieri ho acquistato una tuta grigia e tshirt da regalare ad un bambino x il suo compleanno. Il pomeriggio ritorno subito in negozio xke la tuta risultava piccola alke 'chiedo di una taglia più grande che mi viene mostrata in colore diverso, (ovvero nero) , da quella acquistata ed io subito noto che la taglia più grande risultava più piccola di quella acquistata . Allora testuali parole della commessa sono state che poteva dipendere dal fatto che nel colore nero la taglia era fallata, mi mostra un'altra di 2 taglie più grandi ,io con la speranza che poteva andare bene la cambio e mi vien detto che il cambio avviene solo x 1 volta. Rimango stupita da questa cosa soprattutto dal fatto che lei stessa mi riferisce che in colore diverso può essere fallata la taglia e delusa ritorno a casa con una taglia che 2 volte più grande del bambino . Negozio bocciato e non tornerò più , nel frattempo cambierò anke marchio .

I am amazed by this thing above all by the fact that she herself tells me that in a different color the size may have failed and disappointed returning home with a size that is twice as big as the child. Shop failed and I will never come back, in the meantime I will change my brand.
