Scortese e maleducata .qualsiasi scusa avrà per l accaduto è vergognoso trattare i clienti in questa maniera . Nn ci entrerò mai più, spero vengano presi provvedimenti. Si era leggermente abbassata la mascherina e la commessa mi ha ripreso, ho chiesto prontamente scusa ma la commessa mi ha attaccato gridando in malo modo nonostante sia stata 5 minuti a chiedere continuamente scusa continuava imperterrita ad aggredirmi tanto da constringermi ad abbandonare gli acquisti . Ci tengo a rispettare al 100% le normative covid, ho prontamente alzato la mascherina che si era LEGGERMENTE abbassata. I will never go into this store again. Una ragazza gentilissima e solare di nome Marica che si è subito dimostrata cortese e pronta a dare consigli, nonostante fossero gia' le 20:30 passate! Una ragazza che ha dimostrato di amare il suo lavoro...Marica ancora grazie! Maleducata, risponde in maniera stizzita e ha un atteggiamento scontroso verso il cliente. Ti sbuffa in faccia se ci metti più di tre secondi a porgerle carta/soldi, personalmente mi ha risposto malissimo e ad alta voce davanti ad altre persone. Mai più. I will never return to the Stradivarius store in bariblu again because of the brunette and tattooed saleswoman who often sits at the checkout. Rude, she responds in an angry manner and has a grumpy attitude towards the customer. She snorts in your face if it takes you more than three seconds to hand her paper / money, personally she replied badly and loudly in front of other people. Never again.
