G	Giuseppe Fallacara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stata una buona idea far montare una tenda antivento da questa azienda, continua a difettare, nonostante li ho chiamati diverse volte per regolazioni varie, in fine ho dovuto far intervenire un altro installatore, il problema è che mancano diversi centimetri in larghezza per cui al primo alito di vento esce dalle canaline, oltre a problemi dovuti all'alineamento dei montanti, che ne impediscono la discesa. Devono solo ringraziare la scaduta garanzia altrimenti oltre a contestare il lavoro fatto, gli avrei chiesto in risarcimento danni cospicuo. Oltretutto durante il montaggio mi hanno notevolmente danneggiato il pavimento con operazioni frettolose. Il rullo era troppo piccolo, l'adattatore limato, il motore lavorava storto grattando sul cassonetto, la tenda si bloccava spesso avvolgendosi su se stessa. Rivolgetevi ad altre aziende! A	Antonio Novembrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi da loro,venditori e montatori di cipolle,non hanno e non danno garanzie sulle opere"iniziate" e a mio parere mai realmente realizzate,io ho acquistato da questi "scusatemi ma non riesco a chiamarla azienda" sia le tende da sole che le antivento,le seconde in particolare le sconsiglio vivamente,ci sono altre aziende si spende un po' di più ma vi ritrovate un ottimo prodotto molto ma molto più garantito, resistente,poco rumoroso perché ben istallato ma soprattutto duraturo,quindi è inutile risparmiare 150/200 euro se dopo due giorni ti ritrovi con tende bloccate,struttura fatta male,viti e bulloni made in Cina,sé non sborsi altri euri non solo non ti rispondono al telefono ma neanche a due lettere di avvocato,vi consiglio cambiate area è meglio. Quando l'azienda ci tiene alla propria immagine ti interpellano loro stessi per soddisfare al meglio il cliente,bisogna avere un'ottima organizzazione di dipendenti non puoi aspettare l'assistenza che non esiste,quindi sei costretto a soffocare o a gelare.....che senso hanno le tende antivento? Il montaggio lascia molto a desiderare in quanto usano qualsiasi tipo di sostegno per fissare la loro tenda..k sia una veranda o un asta x stendere le robe....incurandosi del funzionamento e della non dannosa funzionalità della stessa.
