★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa con questa azienda. Ho dovuto rivolgermi a un installatore autorizzato (da loro) per la fornitura e posa in opera di pergotenda. E' stata installata in maniera pessima anche perchè non era dimensionata adeguatamente. Prima di vedermi riconosciuti parte dei difetti ho dovuto sborsare fior di quattrini per avvocato e perito.
Pessimo post vendita, pessima assistenza clienti pessimo il partner a cui si sono affidati
Very negative experience with this company. I had to contact an authorized installer (from them) for the supply and installation of pergotenda. It was installed in a very bad way also because it was not adequately sized. Before seeing any of the faults recognized, I had to shell out money for the lawyer and the expert.
Bad post-sales, very bad customer support, bad partner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased retractable fabric pergolas from Dirello . Dirello approved the design and manufactured the system. The product was made INcorrectly and even though I have signed, approved order forms, invoices and drawings (see attached for both drawings), showing that both units were made INcorrectly, Dirello would not remake the product or refund our payment for the product.
Based on the above, without a doubt, you should not do business with Dirello or any of its dealers anywhere in the world. Dirello cannot be trusted and the company does not have good ethics or morals. My attorney is in the process of filing and international lawsuit against Dirello.
