★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un montaggio verificatosi inadeguato di pergole orchestra ed altre strutture costate diverse decine di migliaia di euro sto ancora aspettando il ripristino per poterle usare. Certo che dopo la visita del sig. Di Rello in persona l' intervento sarà effettuato al più presto, ( aspetto da ottobre), porgo i miei cordiali saluti.
 After an inadequate assembly of pergolas, orchestra and other structures costing several tens of thousands of euros, I am still waiting for the restoration to be able to use them. Abbiamo deciso di acquistare per la nostra casa al mare una delle pergole bioclimatiche Dirello, azienda leader del settore: abbiamo acquistato Orchestra la pergola bioclimatica retrattile e finalmente il mio giardino è diventato meraviglioso!
Quando ho visionato i loro prodotti direttamente nello stabilimento a Modugno, sin da subito sono stati tutti gentilissimi e professionali ed il rivenditore si è rivelato veramente bravo durante l’installazione della mia pergola.
Poche parole, bellissima, il prodotto funziona perfettamente ed davvero semplice da utilizzare, adoriamo cenare con gli amici sotto la nostra pergola :)
Riacquisterei il prodotto senza dubbi!

We decided to buy one of the Dirello bioclimatic pergolas for our beach house, a leading company in the sector: we bought Orchestra the retractable bioclimatic pergola and finally my garden has become wonderful!
When I viewed their products directly in the plant in Modugno, they were all very kind and professional right away and the dealer proved to be really good during the installation of my pergola.
A few words, beautiful, the product works perfectly and really simple to use, we love to dine with friends under our pergola :)
I would buy the product without doubts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service in Spain is AWFUL! Nobody responds to customer messages in Spain or Italy. Our installation is UNDER WARRANTY! and still we are being left with a broken unit waiting for months for a pending repair. Disgraceful!
¡Su servicio en España es HORRIBLE! Nadie responde a mensajes de cliente en España ni Italia. Nuestra pérgola está BAJO GARANTÍA y aún así nos tienen esperando meses a reparar la unidad averiada. ¡VERGONZOSO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año y medio nos instalaron una pérgola bioclimática, se estropeó una cortina de viento que costó un dineral por tema del motor y llevamos esperando 6 meses a que venga a arreglarlo (está en garantía). Nadie nos llama, no contestan. Italia Dirello dijo que venían en Febrero sin falta. No lama nadie. Llamas a los comerciales y no te cogen el teléfono. UNA VERGUENZA, UNA PENA, NO ES JUSTO después del dineral que nos hemos gastado. Vamos a escribir a la Dirección General de DIRELLO y la Organización del Consumidor en España e Italia. NO OS RECOMIENDO COMPRAR ESTA MARCA.
A year and a half ago they installed a bioclimatic pergola for us, a wind curtain broke down that cost a fortune due to the motor issue and we have been waiting 6 months for him to come and fix it (it is under warranty). Nobody calls us, they don't answer. Italy Dirello said that they would come in February without fail. Nobody licks. You call the commercials and they don't pick up the phone. A SHAME, A PENALTY, IT'S NOT FAIR after the money we've spent. We are going to write to the Directorate General of DIRELLO and the Consumer Organization in Spain and Italy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS BRAND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased retractable fabric pergolas from Dirello . Dirello approved the design and manufactured the system. The product was made INcorrectly and even though I have signed, approved order forms, invoices and drawings (see attached for both drawings), showing that both units were made INcorrectly, Dirello would not remake the product or refund our payment for the product.
Based on the above, without a doubt, you should not do business with Dirello or any of its dealers anywhere in the world. Dirello cannot be trusted and the company does not have good ethics or morals. My attorney is in the process of filing and international lawsuit against Dirello.
