Io ho personalmente provato la pizza Leccese con burrata prosciutto crudo e granella di pistacchio: ingredienti freschissimi e di alta qualità. Consiglio di andare d'estate perché d'inverno nei tavoli di fuori fa davvero tanto freddo Absolutely the best pizza in Noicattaro and dibtorni. Se gli chiedete informazioni sulle sue pizze, vi descriverà la qualità dei prodotti che sceglie e il processo di lavorazione della massa, con 72 ore di lievitazione. Ho provato la semplice con bufala ed era da vera Napoli. Locale alla vista un po' povero, tavoli spogli e forse un po' freddo. Ho scoperto questa pizzeria online e avevo alte aspettative. Sono rimasto molto deluso dal servizio: è "self-service" e il tavolo lo apparecchi tu stesso. Sicuramente un qualcosa di moderno ma non è una cosa che può piacere a tutti, soprattutto dal tipo di clientela. Poi c'è molta plastica, bicchieri, posate... da una pizza così buona ci si aspetta di bere una birra in un bel bicchiere di vetro o alla spina e invece no, in un bicchierino di plastica. Inoltre la pizza, servita (o meglio, te la vai a prendere) su una tovaglietta, arrivata al tavolo è fredda. Sicuramente dovuto al fatto che appena uscita dal forno viene appoggiata su pietra, di sua natura fredda. Diciamo che 4 stelle sono solo per la pizza, forse prendendola a domicilio arriva più calda. Ai proprietari: sicuramente ci saranno stati motivi per aver investito in questo genere di servizio, però consiglierei di trovare delle alternative. Ero al tavolo con altre 5 persone e abbiamo pensato tutti la stessa cosa. Sarebbe un peccato abbassare il punteggio per il servizio con una pizza così buona.
