★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questo supermercato lo frequento per l’ottima qualità dei salumi oltre tutto il resto ...ma soprattutto x la gentilezza dei salumieri e del personale che lavora sono sempre sorridenti e gentili ,il buongiorno, buonasera e grazie non mancano ,non capisco come si possa osare mettere delle recensioni un po’ ...secondo me il sig.senza nome ha sbagliato supermercato

Stasera avevo voglia di un po’ di Parma ma è anche la prima volta che non credevo di dover specificare di non voler ricevere metà prosciutto buono e metà di scorzone duro !
Oltre a questo, sempre il salumiere “anti-accoglienza clienti”, non dico un sorriso forzato ma nemmeno la faccia imbronciata di chi, alla domanda.
“C’è solo il Parma ?”
Mi risponde con aria più che seriosa:
“Si”
E oltre all’atteggiamento anche il pacco? no grazie !
La prossima volta specificherò che non mi venga dato lo scorzone.
E oggi è troppo tardi per portarlo indietro.
Io quando lavoro sono obbligato a tenere i problemi fuori.. e ad essere cordiale con il cliente perché è un mio dovere e piacere..e se il cliente riceve qualcosa che non voleva la responsabilità è mia nel bene e nel male.
Lei almeno ci provi a comunicare con io clienti..
Non esiste solo la domanda con tono seccato. Serve altro ?
Altrimenti avrebbero messo un affettatore meccanico non un essere umano.
