I punti forte che li rendono irresistibili sono l'impasto sottilissimo e la frittura leggerissima: sono unici e non esagero se dico che sono i migliori panzerotti fritti di della provincia di Bari. Un locale dove è obbligatorio andare per assaggiare queste meraviglie del palato. Cozy place and very kind staff: you really feel at home. Fantastic selection of both savory and sweet fried panzerotti. The strong points that make them irresistible are the very thin dough and the very light frying: they are unique and I am not exaggerating if I say that they are the best fried panzerotti of the province of Bari. A place where you must go to taste these wonders of the palate.

La taglia del panzerotto è leggermente sottomisura rispetto allo standard locale ma l'impasto é qualcosa di veramente incredibile e buono. Ne ho assaggiati 3 tipi e ne ho portati a casa 6. Non riesco a dare le 5 stelle solo perché il servizio è stato un po lento (i primi panzerotti sono arrivati dopo quasi 1 ora) è comunque un 4 stelle supermeritato con la speranza di ritornare, trovare un servizio sicuramente più veloce e cambiare da 4 a 5 stelle. Complimenti ancora. If you want to taste a real panzerotto from Bari this is the right place for you. The size of the panzerotto is slightly undersized compared to the local standard but the dough is something truly incredible and good. I tasted 3 types and took home 6. I can't give 5 stars just because the service was a bit slow (the first panzerotti arrived after almost 1 hour) it is still a super deserved 4 star with the hope of come back, find a definitely faster service and change from 4 to 5 stars. Congratulations again.

Attenzione grande alla pulizia (oggi ancora più importante) e tanta tanta accoglienza ed ottimi prodotti. Conduzione familiare dove ti accorgi della gioia e dell’attenzione dedicata all’ospite ed al lavoro. Un panzerotto tira l’altro con tangi gusti da scegliere ed alla fine? Beh non poteva mancare il dessert: panzerottini dolci alla nutella oppure alla ricotta dolce e scaglie di limone. Chiaramente tutto fritto ma così bene che la digestione non ne risente. Fatevi consigliare un buon vino, hanno anche il sommelier nel loro staff. Sosta dovuta, altrimenti si torna a casa troppo tristi! We stopped with the camper thinking it was a pizzeria and instead, surprise, we discovered an excellent "PANZEROTTIFICIO" and we stopped for a much longer stop than expected. Great attention to cleanliness (today even more important) and a lot of welcome and excellent products. Family run where you realize the joy and attention dedicated to the guest and to work. One panzerotto leads to another with tangi flavors to choose from and in the end? Well, the dessert could not be missing: sweet panzerottini with Nutella or sweet ricotta and lemon flakes. Clearly all fried but so good that digestion is not affected. Get advice on a good wine, they also have a sommelier on their staff. Stop due, otherwise you go home too sad!
