Avevo bisogno di un consulto otorino per fortissimi giramenti di testa sono stata liquidata con la prescrizione di un antinfiammatorio. Morale della favola ho rimesso tutta la notte e sono stata portata d'urgenza a Vallo della Lucania al pronto soccorso. Ho perso l'udito all'orecchio destro per sempre. Nella maniera più assoluta il medico non è stato in grado di fornire assistenza sanitaria. Manca di umanità e crede di essere pagato con lo straordinario per dormire dato che aveva evidenti segni di cuscino in viso ed è stato decisamente NON UMANO. Da lui mi sento sempre accolta e protetta. Mi chiama per nome , mi sorride e mi dà a parlare per distrarmi, se mi vede tesa. Mai un livido, mai alcun dolore, è delicatissimo e molto bravo e professionale. Sempre ai prelievi, vengo puntualmente accolta con un sorriso e una battuta da Vincenzo, che mi fa sentire al sicuro e a casa. Tutto lo staff PSAUT mi tratta con garbo e gentilezza, a partire dalle signore addette al ticket, al generoso e altruista Gennaro Montone, dello sportello all'entrata. Lui è sempre pronto a soccorrere tutti e a prestare il suo competente aiuto. Un plauso a tutti loro e alle assistenti e alle infermiere, che si danno sempre un gran da fare. Bravissimi tutti. I always feel welcomed and protected by him. He calls me by name, smiles at me and gives me talk to distract me, if he sees me tense. Never a bruise, never any pain, he is very delicate and very good and professional. S	Susann Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im April musste ich in dieses Krankenhaus, brauchte eine Spezialabteilung, die es dort nicht gab. Trotzdem habe ich mich dort überhaupt nicht verloren gefühlt. Die Verständigung erfolgte über Google sprachübersetzer, immerhin mit 4 Handys. Mir ging es überhaupt nicht gut, trotzdem habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es wurde alles erdenkliche getan um mir zu helfen. So viel Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich selten erlebt, und ich habe über 40 Jahre selbst in diesem Beruf gearbeitet. Chapeau, es ist ein Covid Krankenhaus was ich erst im Nachhinein erfahren habe der Taxifahrer hatte mich in die falsche Klinik gefahren! Trotzdem war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft immens! Vielen Dank dafür! Schlussendlich- mir wurde geholfen? In April I had to go to this hospital, needed a special department that didn't exist there. Still, I didn't feel lost there at all. The communication took place via Google language translator, at least with 4 mobile phones. I was not feeling well at all, but I still felt very well looked after. Everything possible was done to help me. I have rarely experienced so much friendliness and willingness to help, and I have worked in this profession myself for over 40 years. Chapeau, it's a Covid hospital which I only found out afterwards the taxi driver had driven me to the wrong clinic! Nevertheless, the friendliness and helpfulness was immense! Thanks a lot for this! Finally - did I get help?

Per sollecitare una prestazione ti rimbalzano da un ufficio all'altro e non sai a chi compete! Chiami il Cup per prenotare una visita a domicilio e ti dice di andare in ospedale ,allo sportello dice che il Cup doveva prenotarti,poi ti manda direttamente dallo specialista per verificare la disponibilità,e dopo due ore torni a casa per farti rifare l'impegnativa perché il codice segnato dal medico di famiglia non è quello giusto! Torno a casa un po' sconsolato,questa è la sanità in Italia,costa come una Ferrari ma viaggia a trentallora! ?
