★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza negativa (con il sportello 1), avendo appuntamento per le 10 preso tramite telefono, mi rivolgo al sportello, ritiro il modulo da compilare, mi ripresento al sportello con i documenti e il modulo compilato, al quale la signora mi dice che si prende una pausa da bere, mi presento ad altro sportello (ormai le 10:20) facendo presente che avevo un appuntamento per le ore 10 e la signora (sportello 2) gentilmente mi dice che prenderà un altro numero e poi prenderà me. Dovendo fare presente che avendo un appuntamento non posso andare dal sportello al sportello chiedendo di poter fare i documenti che mi servono si accorge di nuovo lo sportello 1 e dice di non sappere che io avevo appuntamento poi se la prende pure male che non ho pazienza. Risultato ho finito che erano le ore 10:40 per 5 minuti impegnati dalla gentilissima signora presente al sportello 6. Grazie a tutti
