Al telefono molto sbrigativo e pizze fatte nel modo a nostro parere scorretto, avevano la mozzarella sopra il condimento. Anche non facendo i pizzaioli di lavoro le pizze non le abbiamo mai viste così. Pony pizza molto maleducato e con un linguaggio non adeguato, in più nonostante io abbia dato indicazioni precise sull'indirizzo sono dovuta uscire in strada a prendere le pizze che di conseguenza sono diventate fredde. 2	24iruna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo ordinato la pizza con poco pomodoro per motivi di salute e ho ricevuto così (peccato che non riesco a pubblicare la foto, comunque pomodoro in abbondanza),giustificandosi che essendo con doppia farcitura non poteva fare diversamente.Essendo cliente loro da quasi 4 ani e ogni settimana prendo la pizza da loro riuscivano a portarmela come lo chiedevo.Dieci giorni fa ordino la pizza con verdure grigliate e ricevo una pizza con verdure fresche senza gusto,che sono riuscita a mangiare solo la base e pure ho pagato 11,50€essendo doppia farcitura. Complimenti. Ma sul personale qualcosa lo devo dire: piuttosto poco simpatico, molto saccente e abbastanza scocciato quando ho chiesto posate (in pratica dovevo pagarle! In plastica!!! E coperto modo di dire... perché è già bello se te la servono nel cartone e non così come esce dal forno) e generalmente poco accogliente. Detesto dirlo ma così i clienti scappano... soprattutto se ci si comporta così con uno che viene ogni settimana (servito da un tipo pelato). Un minimo di riconoscenza ci vorrebbe per il cliente. Ottimo il pizzaiolo invece. So, nothing to say about pizza. Very good and tasty. But on the personal side I have to say something: rather unfriendly, very pedantic and quite annoyed when I asked for cutlery (in practice I had to pay them! In plastic !!! And covered way of saying ... because it is already nice if you need it in the box and not as it comes out of the oven) and generally unwelcoming. I hate to say it but this way the customers run away ... especially if you behave like this with someone who comes every week (served by a bald guy). A minimum of gratitude would be needed for the customer. The pizza chef is excellent.

They can also prepare each kind as calzone which is a great plus for me personally. The staff was really nice and it wasn't bothered by my absolutely awful Italian :) next time I'm in Bergamo, I will have to visit this place again Ps. The pizza quattro salumi is A+
