I costi sono nella fascia medio/alta non è da tutti i giorni ma vale veramente la pena di andarci. Each course had a taste and a visual goodness that you couldn't wait to taste the next one. The costs are in the medium / high range it is not every day but it is really worth going there.

Tutto superbo, sapori a contrasto fantastici, non c’è stata una sola portata che non ci abbia entusiasmato, complimenti allo Chef !! ???????? The Michelin star is frankly too little, it is worth at least 2 or 3. All superb, fantastic contrasting flavors, there hasn't been a single course that hasn't wowed us, congratulations to the Chef !! ????????

Una cucina coraggiosa fatta di ricerca e passione attenta a restituire i sapori ancestrali di una volta. Niente alchimie, ma freschezza, qualità della materia prima e tanta ricerca. Locale dove cucina, passione e arte (notevoli le opere che contornano il locale) convivono nella freschezza giovanile che li contraddistingue. Winners of the Michelin star after just over two years from the opening, these thirty-year-olds will surely make a name for themselves. A courageous cuisine made of research and passion careful to restore the ancestral flavors of the past. No alchemy, but freshness, quality of the raw material and a lot of research. Animelle e fegato credevo non mi piacessero, sbagliavo forse uno dei piatto che ho preferito! Strepitoso, sicuramente lo consiglio, e ci tornerò . I had already been here, I confirm my appreciation, I loved this lunch on a gloomy Sunday that made everything almost more poetic. Sweetbreads and liver I thought I did not like them, maybe I was wrong one of the dishes I preferred! Amazing, definitely recommend it, and I'll be back.
A	AGB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante stellato vicino al centro di Bergamo. La cucina propone un menù interessante con numerosi piatti di alta cucina incentrati sui sapori siciliani. Ho apprezzato particolarmente gli antipasti offerti dal ristorante e il piccione. a mio parere in alcuni piatti i sapori di alcuni elementi venivano leggermente coperti, ma per il resto un’ottima cucina. Anche l’ambiente è moderno, nuovo e accogliente. Per quanto riguarda il servizio: cordiale, professionale ma un po’ troppo lento. In conclusione una buona esperienza. (Ho mangiato molto bene e si parla di cucina di alto livello, con lavorazioni complesse e innovative. Per questo mi sento obbligato a fare 5 stelle, anche se secondo me c’è ancora qualcosa da migliorare). Starred restaurant near the center of Bergamo. The kitchen offers an interesting menu with numerous haute cuisine dishes focused on Sicilian flavors. I particularly enjoyed the appetizers offered by the restaurant and the pigeon. in my opinion in some dishes the flavors of some elements were slightly covered, but otherwise excellent cuisine. The environment is also modern, new and welcoming. As for the service: friendly, professional but a little too slow. In conclusion a good experience. (I ate very well and we are talking about high-level cuisine, with complex and innovative processes. This is why I feel obliged to do 5 stars, even if in my opinion there is still something to improve).
