R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso totalmente per il modo di lavorare. Prenoto, anticipando l'intera somma, 2 biglietti per una manifestazione sportiva. Lascio nominativi e recapiti e già noto che l'incaricata li annota su fogli volanti e quindi senza neanche acquisire il consenso per la privacy. Al momento del ritiro dei biglietti stampati mi viene comunicato che si ricordava nondel mio nominativo ma avevano perso tutto (e quindi non riuscivano a chiamarmi). Morale: mi propongono 2 biglietti per stesso settore ma anelli differenti. Chiaramente rifiuto e mi riprendo la somma. Totally disappointed with the way we work. Booking, anticipating the entire sum, 2 tickets for a sporting event. I leave names and addresses and I already know that the person in charge writes them down on loose sheets and therefore without even acquiring the consent for privacy. At the time of the withdrawal of the printed tickets I was informed that he remembered not being in my name but they had lost everything (and therefore could not call me). Moral: they offer me 2 tickets for the same sector but different rings. Clearly I refuse and I recover the sum.

G	Giovanni Scotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione per manifestare la mia delusione, ma soprattutto quella di mia figlia di 7 anni per il mancato acquisto dei biglietti Napoli-Samp in tribuna family causa comportamento scorretto da parte dell'agenzia Promos. Presentatomi presso l'agenzia sabato scorso 7 Settembre chiedevo di acquistare i biglietti per 2 adulti+1 bambino in tribuna family, l'esercente acquisiti i nominativi che trascriveva su un foglio A4 insieme alle date di nascita, chiedeva l'importo di 41 euro (15 per gli adulti + 5 per la bambino + 6 per la prevendita). Consegnati i 41 euro non veniva stampato alcun biglietto né rilasciata alcuna ricevuta e si invitava il sottoscritto a ritirare i biglietti venerdì 13 Settembre. Il giorno 12 Settembre (ieri) trovandomi di passaggio per il Vomero, passavo per l'agenzia per chiedere se magari avessero anticipato i tempi e li si matura la forte delusione. L'esercente mi comunicava che da martedì non c'era piu linea e che purtroppo proprio i miei 3 biglietti non era riuscito a stampare e mi confermava che ormai sarebbe stato impossibile stamparli nei giorni successivi che precedevano la partita e mi restituiva in contanti i 41 euro. Io incredulo non sapevo come dirlo a mia figlia che quando lo ha saputo ha pianto. Il comportamento avuto da questa agenzia senza nemmeno avvertire (aveva segnato anche il mio cellulare sul foglio) è stato scorrettissimo e macchia l'immagine della Ssc Napoli. a	augusto bauco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto odio quando non si trova un pacco...ti dicono non c'è....poi giustamente gli fai vedere l'app del corriere e poi dopo insistenza esce il pacco.....ma se vi scocciate togliete il servizio pacchi ....boh How much I hate when you can't find a package ... they tell you it's not there .... then rightly you show them the courier app and then after insistence the package comes out ..... but if you get annoyed, remove the service parcels .... boh
